Our special price list for existing customers renewing their ads:
- The price will be the median between the last price they paid and the current price list. A significant saving, taking in consideration expected future price increase due to the increase of our site's popularity.
Notes:
 1 - Banner 468x60, less then 12kB, JPEG or GIF, may be animated. Only 3 banners are rotating every ~20 seconds.
 3 - Online unlimited instant updates, approximately 150 characters + spaces. Only 8 ads (+ 4 SMPS news) scrolling every 5 seconds.
 6 - Banner design not included in the price. Customer must provide the banner.
 12 - "Ad frames" - These are the frames visible ALL the time during a visit to our website:
"Top middle" frame.
"Top right corner" frame.
 13 - "Main frame" - The frame that normally occupies the biggest portion of the computer display, and where most information will be visible. Does not include "Site Directory" frame (left of the display), and "Ad frames" (top of the display).
 14 - "Home page" - The page that appears in the "Main" frame, first time somebody is visiting our website, typing www.PowerSupplies.net .
 15 - "Category page" - A page that appears in the "Main" frame, when a visitor is clicking on a category from "Site Directory".
 16 - "Sub-category page" - Any other page, not mentioned above, from www.PowerSupplies.net website, that appears in the "Main" frame.

SMPS Power Supplies reserves the right to reject or terminate any advertisement, at any time, for any reason whatsoever, including, but not limited to, belief by SMPS Power Supplies that the ad placement may subject SMPS Power Supplies to criminal or civil liability. The only compensation to Advertiser will be a prorated refund of the cost of the ad, already paid to SMPS Power Supplies.

Advertisers on www.PowerSupplies.net represent and warrant to SMPS Power Supplies and third parties, that Advertiser holds all necessary rights to place the ad, and that the use of any material to which users can link, or any products or services made available to users, through the advertisement will not (i) violate any criminal laws or any rights of any third parties; (ii) contain any material that is unlawful or otherwise objectionable, including without limitation any material that encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any applicable law. Advertiser agrees to defend SMPS Power Supplies from and against any third party claim (including damage awards, settlement amounts, and reasonable legal fees and expenses incurred by Advertiser in such defense), arising out of or related to (1) breach of any of the foregoing representations and warranties, (2) any third party claim arising from the content or targeting of an advertisements provided by Advertiser, or any material to which users can link, or any products or services made available to users, through the ad placed by Advertiser.
